STEFAN BREWER, BOARD CHAIR

“I strongly believe in supporting our law enforcement and encouraging them as they work tirelessly to keep our communities safe.”

Stefan Brewer serves The Luke 4:10 Foundation as the Board Chair. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a bachelor’s in finance and psychology. Stefan joins The Luke 4:10 Foundation board with over 10 years of experience in finance and leadership. He is currently the Director of Finance at AMV Holdings and the secretary of the board to a multi-million dollar company. Stefan is passionate about serving and uniting his community, and restoring his nation for his children and the generations to come. He is inspired by the selfless service of veterans, like his grandfather, who fought hard to ensure our country remained free. He hopes to continue to support their sacrifices through the work of The Luke 4:10 Foundation. As the Board Chair, Stefan will share his knowledge of finance and business and hopes to make a lasting impact on the lives of Charlotte’s amazing law enforcement officers.

LINDSEY TRAPP, BOARD MEMBER

Lindsey Trapp serves The Luke 4:10 Foundation with over 5 years of experience in photography and video production. Lindsey started her entrepreneurial journey in 2018 when she founded Lindsey Trapp Photography. She is passionate about capturing the beauty and life around her through visual storytelling. She believes deeply that our opportunity, freedom, and protection in America is rooted in the people who serve their communities selflessly. She is excited to be a part of The Luke 4:10 Foundation and witness the lives that are impacted. Lindsey will assist The Luke 4:10 Foundation by capturing compelling photos and video footage at events and telling officers’ stories through photos and video.

GEORGE PRISCO, BOARD MEMBER

“I feel extremely passionate about maintaining and redeeming the safety of our Nation.”

Originally from New York City, George now resides in Charlotte, where he currently owns and operates several popular restaurants and bars. He sees firsthand how his home state has suffered from social movements against law enforcement. The lack of law and order in America has him feeling devastated and disheartened. George not only hopes to bring his skills in management and hospitality to The Luke 4:10 Foundation board, but to help the foundation in being the forerunner in boldly and proudly supporting law enforcement.

TALACIA HODGES, BOARD MEMBER

“I want to be an advocate to help bridge the racial divides in our community and serve those who sacrifice so much for their community.”

Talacia Hodges is a wife and mother in Charlotte who joins The Luke 4:10 Foundation as Diversity Director. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grand Canyon University. Today, Talacia works as a full-time childcare provider, helping to shape and mold the next generation to be kind and compassionate members of society. Talacia is passionate about building healthy relationships between the community and police for her son and her two younger brothers. At The Luke 4:10 Foundation, Talacia works to bridge the divide between the African American community and the police. She helps mitigate fears, while also serving those who readily risk their lives to protect the residents of Charlotte.

GRACE HERRIN, BOARD MEMBER

“I am extremely passionate about preserving America’s freedoms for future generations so that they can grow up loving America the same way I did.”

A native to Charlotte, Grace Herrin serves The Luke 4:10 Foundation as a member of the board. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a bachelor’s in journalism and a minor in entrepreneurship. Grace joins the board with 10 years experience in interior design, manufacturing, distribution, and real estate. Grace is passionate about our great nation. She holds deep reverence for the armed forces and police, and believes all Americans must stand behind our officers in order to keep this country free. She hopes that The Luke 4:10 Foundation not only makes a positive impact on law enforcement and armed forces officers in the greater Charlotte area, but that its impact ripples out to touch the entire nation for many years to come.

GLORIA HERRIN, BOARD MEMBER

“I want to ensure our law enforcement and armed forces are always surrounded with encouragement … and know that they are revered and respected, but most of all loved and appreciated.”

Gloria Herrin, a native to Charlotte and founder of The Luke 4:1 Foundation, serves as a member of the board. She studied business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and throughout years of being a nanny realized that being a mom was the greatest calling of her life. Throughout the last few years, Gloria recognized a need to restore law enforcement officers to a place of honor, as the blatant disrespect for officers grew. She believes strongly that officers deserve our reverence for the selfless work they do to keep our great nation safe. She hopes that the message and mission of The Luke 4:10 Foundation — named in honor of her son — will shift the narrative of police officers into the heroes they are, serve them in their time of need, and restore them to their rightful place of honor.
